1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aviatech AI. By accessing or using our advanced AI and automation solutions, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We aren't fans of small print either, but they're essential for protecting our collaborative innovations.
Do you understand that continued use of our services constitutes a legal agreement? If any part of these terms doesn't sit right with you, please refrain from using our platforms or services.
2. AI Service Delivery & Limitations
We pride ourselves on providing cutting-edge machine learning implementation and intelligent analytics. However, due to the probabilistic nature of Artificial Intelligence, Aviatech AI provides these services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While our custom AI models are rigorously tested, we don't guarantee that our automation solutions will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted at all times. Our UK-based team works tirelessly to maintain 99.9% uptime, but tech happen. Don't worry, we're on it.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Who owns the brain? At Aviatech AI, we believe in clear boundaries. Any proprietary algorithms or base models developed prior to our engagement remain our exclusive property.
You'll receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the custom automation outputs we build specifically for your business. We won't sell your unique competitive advantage to your rivals. That's a promise.
4. Data Privacy & UK Compliance
Operating out of Sandwell, we strictly adhere to UK GDPR regulations. Your data is your most valuable asset; we treat it with the respect it deserves. We'll only process your data for the primary purpose of improving your specific automation workflow.
Have you reviewed our Data Processing Agreement (DPA)? It outlines exactly how our neural networks interact with your sensitive information. Security isn't just a tick-box for us.
5. Payment & UK Jurisdiction
All fees for strategic AI consulting are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment terms are typically 30 days unless specified otherwise in your Statement of Work.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes (which we hope to avoid through proactive communication) will be handled in the courts of Sandwell and the surrounding West Midlands jurisdiction.
